My name is Cindy Parkinson and my story began in 2004. It is with great pleasure that I share my story of the extraordinary person who helped me get through my family’s housing disaster.

The horror began with a tiny leak from a defective valve behind the refrigerator. We have a basement and so the water began to slowly, quietly, leak down the wall, into the floor, and eventually into the basement ceiling. The entire kitchen floor, the walls and all of the kitchen appliances had to be removed. Our house became unlivable due to the twenty-foot hole in the center of the house.

We moved out and reconstruction followed destruction. As things progressed I began to realize that nothing matched anymore. Styles had drastically changed from 1993 when we first moved into our home. I felt helpless, with no idea where to begin. The job was overwhelming.

A good friend recommended Deb Gronseth to me. She and a few of her friends had used Deb as a decorator and swore;  “she was the best”. I gave Deb a call and immediately a reassuring voice answered and told me not to worry, things would work out.  Long story short, not only did they work out, but also our home looks fabulous! Deb was able to use my favorite family heirlooms and photos and incorporate them with a whole new chic look. Deb would arrange for workmen, wait for deliveries, and hang pictures herself. Deb is an honest and trustworthy person. Her talent helped me get through a difficult time and the results speak for themselves. I would use Deb Gronseth the next time I needed any decorating or remodeling help and would give her my highest recommendations.
